Brow services cover waxing, mapping, hybrid tinting, lamination and deep conditioning. Hybrid dye stains the skin and colors the hair, and the site notes the skin stain lasts up to 10 days and the hair color up to 8 weeks. Brow lamination is a chemical treatment suited to people who want more structure or fuller brows, or who have curly or unruly brow hair. The Deluxe Hybrid Lamination is the salon's self-described signature luxury brow service, a 105-minute appointment that includes a jelly mask, hydrojelly eye patches and cold globes. Clients new to brow waxing can add a first-time service that covers the consultation and brow mapping.

Lash services include extensions, fills, removals, lifts and tints. Fills are priced by how long it has been since the set went on, from a mini fill in the first week to fills up to five weeks out, and an extended fill time is available when more coverage is needed. Customized full sets are planned after an in-depth consultation and can range from natural everyday looks to airy, wispy or dense styles, with an aftercare kit included. Lashes from another salon can be touched up, with pricing depending on the existing lashes and whether they can be matched. Extensions are removed with a gel remover or by hand, and colored lashes can be added to any set.

Skin and waxing services are smaller add-ons and treatments. A jelly mask can be added to any skin or brow service, and dermaplaning uses a specialized instrument to remove the outermost layer of skin; the salon says this can reduce the look of acne scars and other imperfections. Lip and chin waxing is also offered. The salon retails LightHeart Lash Cleanser and sells gift cards.

Several policies affect booking. Some services need a deposit whose amount varies by service, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings between $50 and $4,000 with approval needed before the appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice carry a fee of 50% of the scheduled service value. The artist may cancel if a client is more than 15 minutes late. A missed appointment fee of $25 or more may apply to a missed appointment, a no-call no-show, or a late change, at the artist's discretion, and after three last-minute missed appointments the client owes the full price of the service.
