NEATEN Nail Care is a foot care business in Orlando, Florida, which also goes by NEATEN Nail Bar on its website. The business was introduced in 2019 to raise nail care through standards, discipline and proper technique. It chose to focus exclusively on pedicure services in 2017 and moved from a salon suite into its own dedicated location in 2022. The business describes itself as setting the highest standard in pedicures.
Other milestones include the first branded professional tool in 2020, trademark registration of the NEATEN name in 2021, and the start of product formula development in 2025. Its professional-grade products include NEATEN formulas and other brands used in a professional setting. Its home care line, Ten by NEATEN, is listed as coming soon.
Booking is by appointment only. New clients complete an intake form before anything is scheduled. A first visit includes intake, a foot evaluation and a restorative NEATEN Method service, and can take up to two and a half hours. Most maintenance visits run 60 to 90 minutes. A $50 non-refundable, non-transferable retainer holds the time once the emailed payment link is received within one hour; it is applied to the service, and cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows forfeit it. Clients who arrive late have a 15-minute grace period, after which the appointment may be shortened, rescheduled or canceled. Corrective maintenance pricing may rise if recommended home care and follow-up are not kept up. Guests are asked not to bring animals, visitors, children or food.
The business says every detail of its foot care is performed with safety, precision and long-term results in mind, and that its team is trained in advanced foot care and can work safely with clients who are diabetic, immunocompromised or undergoing cancer treatment. Cash, Zelle, HSA or FSA and debit or credit cards are accepted with no added fee; AfterPay carries a $10 fee plus a 2.75 percent processing fee.
Teaching is a significant share of what the company does. The NEATEN Method is offered to nail technicians who hold a current license, salon owners, independent operators, and private medical or wellness practices. Enrollment requires a valid credential in nail care, esthetics or cosmetology. Available formats are a three-day Hands-On NEATEN Method Education course ($3,250); a 12-month NEATEN Specialist Pathway ($4,500), which requires five documented case studies; a Salon Partner Program; private instruction ($6,500); and advisory sessions at $175 for 30 minutes or $325 for 60 minutes. Hands-on sessions take place at the Orlando facility or on-site at a private practice. Finishing the Specialist Pathway does not guarantee approval as a NEATEN Method Specialist. Training also does not authorize public use of the NEATEN name; only Certified Practitioners may describe themselves as NEATEN-certified or be listed in the NEATEN directory.
The NEATEN Method is the business's signature approach, built on assessment before action, tissue preservation, respect for natural nail structure, prevention over correction and documentation. Corrective systems such as bracing are used only when assessment supports them and within professional scope.
