About
Tara Seay founded NEATEN, where she is also an educator and expert. She has been licensed since 1998 and began performing nail services at age twelve.
In 2017 she narrowed her practice to specialized foot care, moving away from a broader service model. Her work centers on proper technique, structured maintenance and care that is built to last. Most of her clients have come to her through referrals.
She oversees the high-performance tools and formulas used at NEATEN, which are developed to her standards, and she leads hands-on training programs for professionals.
