Every visit can begin with a free 30-minute consult to talk through skin and beauty goals and build a personalized plan. The 75-minute NCS Custom Facial is suggested for first-time facial clients, and its products are chosen after that consultation. Chemical peels also require a consult first.
Hydrafacial is available in several forms. The standard 75-minute session includes a personalized booster serum and LightStim LED therapy, and the 90-minute Platinum version also covers the neck and décolleté. A 45-minute Express Hydrafacial serves as an introduction to the treatment. Body versions cover the full back, from shoulders to waist, and the buttocks, and the Hydrakini treatments cover the bikini line or the full pelvic area. Hydrakini is scheduled two weeks after waxing or shaving.
Packages bundle several treatments at a lower combined price. The Hydrafacial B3G1 package is listed at $825, and according to the site it saves $275. Package credits are applied automatically at checkout when a client books as usual. New clients pay deposits that depend on the service, cancellations made more than 24 hours ahead receive a refund, and arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a cancellation. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
Treatments begin with a conversation about goals and are shaped around each client's skin and concerns. Facial products are selected after consultation rather than set in advance.
