Hours are Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Thursday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The studio is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Soothing spa music plays in the room, and the setup is meant to let clients relax through a lash or brow appointment.
Services fall into four groups: lashes, brows, facials, and combination packages that pair a lash lift with brow work. Lash lifts include a standard lift, a gentler Lash Lift Max with longer processing and tint, and the Korean lash lift, which processes from the root to the tips without a glue barrier. Brow services cover brow lamination, which straightens and softens brow hair for a fuller look and lasts 4 to 6 weeks, and brow waxing with mapping and optional trimming.
The facial menu centers on HydraFacial, offered as a basic 45-minute Signature treatment, a Deluxe version with a booster and LED light for specific skin concerns, and The Platinum, which adds lymphatic face sculpting. A dermaplane facial is also available. Lip Perk is an add-on that can be booked with facials, lash lifts or brow services.
Booking and policies: new clients pay a deposit of $25 for most services, $30 for the Korean lash lift and $50 for HydraFacials. Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours' notice through the online booking link. Arriving more than 5 minutes late or not showing up is recorded as a no-show and charged a fee. Product sales are final. Clients must be at least 16, and 16 and 17 year olds need a parent or guardian present to sign consent forms. Clients using retinol or Retin-A should stop 7 days before a brow service, and brow wax and brow lamination clients must be off Accutane for one year. Clients with cold or flu symptoms should cancel and wait at least one to two weeks before returning.
