Services are grouped into color, consultations, haircuts, smoothing and styling. Color makes up the largest part of the menu, from root refreshes and partial or full foil work to an on-scalp lightening service that requires a consultation before the appointment day. Many of the custom color and highlight services include a haircut and style.

New clients can book a 15-minute consultation for $35 to talk through services and goals before booking color. Deposits are required for certain color and chemical services and are non-refundable, though a deposit can be moved once to a rescheduled appointment. Changes need 48 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee, and clients who arrive 15 or more minutes late may receive a shorter service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval before the appointment.

Hours are Tuesday through Thursday from 9:30 AM to 5 PM and Friday from 9:30 AM to 3 PM. The salon is closed Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

The salon's stated aim is to help each client reach their hair goals, and the new-client consultation is set aside to discuss services and those goals.
