The salon is open Wednesday through Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM and on Saturday from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM, and it is closed Monday, Tuesday and Sunday. Color is the center of the menu. Options run from a single-process root touch-up and all-over color to partial and full foil highlights, hand-painted or foil balayage, mini balayage for the face and part line, and babylights, a finer and more natural-looking highlighting method. Bleach and tone and gloss are offered for refreshing color or shifting tone. Babylights are priced after the stylist reviews inspiration photos and holds a consultation. Color correction requires a consultation first, since the price and appointment time depend on hair length and how many visits it will take to reach the desired shade.

Beyond color, the salon offers women's haircuts, girls' haircuts for ages 12 and under, bang trims, and a wash and blowdry style. Smaller add-ons include face waxing for the lip or chin, eyebrow color, a deep conditioning treatment and a Qoat Too Coat service. An extension consultation is also available, and its cost is credited toward the service and hair if you go ahead.

Policies are set out in advance. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations may be charged a 40 percent fee. No-shows are charged the full service total. Sales and gift card purchases are final and not refundable. The salon guarantees its work, and clients are asked to raise any concern about a service within seven days so the stylist can plan an adjustment. New clients booking a gloss pay a $20 deposit. Guests are also asked to complete a form before their visit about double booking. Gift cards come in $25, $50, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom value, and can be set up for scheduled delivery.
