The studio is inside suite 110 at 15409 W Greenway Rd in Surprise, and clients book online through GlossGenius. Hours run Monday 10 AM to 3 PM, Tuesday and Wednesday 9 AM to 5 PM, Thursday 11 AM to 6 PM, Friday 9 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday 9 AM to 4 PM, with Sundays closed.

About

The menu groups into haircuts, color, and a third set of services. Haircuts cover women's cuts, men's cuts, children's cuts for under 10s, and bang trims. Color ranges from root touch-ups, all over color and toner or gloss to sunkissed, partial and full highlights, balayage, and color correction for hair with two or more earlier colors or box dye. The third group includes brow waxing and tinting, extensions, shampoo styling, deep conditioning and Brazilian Blowout. Blonding and extensions are the services Ally names as her favorites to perform.

Consultations are free, take about 15 minutes, and can be used to talk through any service before booking. New extension clients must have one before installation. Deposits apply to some services: $25 for All Over Color and Partial Highlight, $50 for new clients booking Full Highlight, Balayage, Partial Balayage or Extensions, $75 for Color Correction, and $100 for new clients booking Brazilian Blowout. A 20% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment. For in-person bookings, Buy Now, Pay Later is offered for amounts from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

Ally keeps up with her education so her work for clients keeps improving, and her stated aim is to help each client reach their hair goals.
