According to the business, its goal is to help women find their own beauty and to share South Asian beauty practices. Its South Asian bridal work covers Sikh, Hindu and Muslim weddings, with a distinct look designed for events such as Sangeet, Mehndi, Reception, Baraat and Pooja. Hairstyling includes dupatta setting, sari draping and jewelry placement. Bridal makeup takes about 1.5 to 2 hours and hair about an hour, so a complete bridal appointment runs roughly 3 to 3.5 hours. Premium false lashes come with bridal makeup. Before the appointment, brides are asked to arrive with a clean face and fully dry hair, and to skip heavy hair oils, styling products, and any new or intense skincare. Group bookings are offered for family, friends and special-event parties.

Private lessons are a separate offering. The three-class Selfie-Ready Makeup course is one-on-one and tailored to each student's skill level, with each class lasting about two hours. Students bring their own makeup, brushes and tools to the first class, and the classes are recommended to be spaced one to two weeks apart.

The studio is open Monday to Sunday, 8 am to 5 pm, by appointment only. Requests go through an online inquiry form that asks for the date, location, services wanted and number of people, and the business aims to reply within one business day.
