Many services begin with a deep cleansing wash and a retwist. The detox options add a scalp repair treatment and a removal of buildup inside the locs, followed by an apple cider vinegar loc bath with essential oils and a scalp scratch. Retwists can finish in two strand twists, curls set with pipe cleaners, perm rods or flex rods, or a range of barrel styles.

Starter locs are built with the comb coil and two strand twist methods, with square or scallop part patterns. Because starter locs take time and depend on hair length and density, a consultation is required before booking. Loc repair also begins with an in-person consultation, which is free, and pricing is set afterward.

The business does not interlock or combine locs as a standard service. Combining locs is part of loc repair only. Coloring is not offered.

Visits begin with booking fee paid at the time of booking, which is applied to the balance due at the appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late are charged a $15 late fee, and appointments are cancelled if a client is more than 30 minutes late, with the option to rebook. The booking fee is not refunded for no-call, no-show appointments.

Business hours run through the week, with later evenings on Wednesday and Thursday and shorter hours on Sunday. A before or after business hours option is available for longer retwist sessions, and it must be booked by phone and paid in full in advance.
