New Sisterlocks clients usually start with a consultation. The Sisterlock consultation is a 60-minute information session, booked as a 75-minute visit at $110, and the microloc consultation is a 30-minute visit at $100 that includes a hair evaluation and sample locs. For both, arrive with clean hair and no oils or conditioner. Existing Sisterlock clients can book retightening in several forms: a standard retightening at $190, a version with a wash and three shampoo options from $210, or a version with a detox treatment followed by a hydrating shampoo and conditioner from $220. Clients who are a week or more past due are booked as an extended retightening, which starts at $240 and adds an hour. Sisterlock repair, starting at $285, addresses slippage, parting, sizing and broken locs, and it requires a consultation first.

Transfer clients must first book a transfer appointment, which combines a consultation, shampoo and retightening, starting at $220 and lasting about 260 minutes. The booking site currently lists the salon as not accepting new clients, so check availability before planning a visit. A 30% fee applies to cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment, and repeated cancellations can lead to a block from online booking, after which clients must contact the salon directly. New clients booking a traditional lock retwist pay a $20 deposit.

Lynnea's work is built on Sisterlocks technique and ongoing mentorship, with the aim of giving every client a good experience at each visit.
