The salon describes its braiders as professional and trained, and says its work centers on comfort, consistency and attention to detail. Clients can choose from cornrows, crochet styles with loose or pre-braided hair, individual braids, human hair curl styles, natural hair braids and twists.

Booking is by appointment only, with no walk-ins. Clients reserve through the online booking page on simplybook.me or the salon website with a $25 deposit, which is credited toward the appointment. Deposits are non-refundable, but a cancellation made within 48 hours receives a Deposit Credit that can be used to reschedule within 60 days, once. Late arrivals have a 15-minute grace period, after which a late fee may apply, so clients are asked to call if they are running behind.

The salon also lists a hair guide with recommended hair packs and bundles for each style, such as two to three packs for knotless or Senegalese styles and three to four bundles for Boho Braids. Fulani Braids are priced by custom quote, so clients send a picture of the look they want first.
