The work centers on lash extensions for clients who want a soft, natural look rather than a dramatic one; dramatic-look extensions are not offered. The Natural Way is a two-strand soft cluster set that gives an individual-style look, taking 55 minutes for $75. Pretty Natural is an individual lash fullset with added volume, taking 2 hours 15 minutes for $165. Mixed lash sizes are sometimes used when a client agrees to them.

Refills are offered at two or three weeks. Natural Way refills, which include a complimentary wash, take 40 minutes ($43 at two weeks, $55 at three weeks). Pretty Natural refills take 1 hour 15 minutes at two weeks ($88) or 1 hour 45 minutes at three weeks ($120). Lash removal with a lash wash takes 45 minutes for $35, and a lash bath can be added to any appointment to clean lashes. Refills are not done on extensions applied by other technicians.

A $45 deposit is due after booking; it is non-refundable and goes toward the service. The remaining balance can be paid by cash, credit card, or Apple Pay. Clients should arrive with a clean, bare face, free of mascara, eyeliner, makeup, and old lash glue, and no extra people are allowed at appointments. A 10-minute grace period applies if the salon is notified in advance. Otherwise a $10 late fee applies at 10 minutes and $15 at 15 minutes, and appointments more than 20 minutes late are cancelled. Reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and a $50 fee applies to last-minute squeeze-ins.
