Dr. Shanna Arno is the owner and leads much of the clinical and coaching work.

Massage and body work is the core of the menu. Options include a classic full-body Swedish massage, deep tissue work using myofascial release for tight muscles, cupping combined with massage that can be gentle or firmer, and medical massage aimed at rehabilitation after car accidents, sports injuries, or workplace incidents. The center also offers manual osteopathy and naprapathy, which uses low-velocity soft tissue work and joint traction for joint, fascia, ligament and tendon pain, and pre- and post-surgery massage. Add-ons for hot stone, aromatherapy with 100% therapeutic-grade essential oils, dry brushing, and a scalp, hands and feet treatment are available. Manual lymphatic drainage is suggested for three to five consecutive days before surgery, with at least two rest days before the procedure, and post-surgery sessions are suggested within two weeks of surgeon clearance. Clients who buy five or more prepaid MLD sessions receive 10% off.

Skin and body services include facials, microneedling, Thermo-Lo radio frequency treatments, CosMedix peels on several body areas, and dermaplaning. Facial products are stated to exclude a list of common ingredients, including parabens, mineral oil, and artificial dyes and fragrances, and are described as cruelty-free. The slimming and detoxifying body wrap takes two hours and includes a 30-minute mini-facial. The business says the wrap helps with inch loss, firmer skin and the look of cellulite. Waxing covers the face, body and intimate areas, and clients are asked to list any prescription medications beforehand, grow out their hair for four to six weeks, and avoid sun for 24 hours before and after. Mobile nail care is offered in homes, care homes and assisted living centers in Ridgefield and greater Vancouver, though it does not replace a podiatrist or medical nail care.

Holistic and coaching services make up the rest of the offerings. These include energy healing, energy healing facials, house clearings, PEFT and QNB holistic healing sessions, biofeedback, and a range of life coaching programs from single sessions through 12-week programs with optional one-on-one coaching. Fitness programs, yoga and fitness sessions, a monthly membership with meditation and journaling prompts, and a nutritional cleanse program are also listed. Retreats and workshops are offered. The center notes that some processes may take three to six months and recommends four to twelve sessions for lasting results. A bundle offer gives $50 off when a client spends $500 on any mix of three services, and a free 15-minute phone consult is available.
