Dr. Shanna Arno

Dr. Shanna Arno owns and leads Natural Body Works as its CEO, and also serves there as clinical educator and osteopathic manual practitioner. At the center she works as a massage therapist and is a licensed massage therapist. She has practiced clinically for more than two decades and, for over 20 years, has supported clients with stress, burnout, chronic symptoms, life transitions and habit change. She holds a Doctor of Osteopathic Manual Practice and a Doctor of Naprapathy designation, and holds the credentials DOMP, DN, LPHC, MBA, LMT, C-MLDT and CSIT. She is also a Certified Functional Lifestyle Health Coach. She is a trained and certified manual lymphatic drainage practitioner. Her specialties span manual osteopathy and naprapathy, medical massage and manual lymphatic drainage, with an emphasis on connective tissue health, joint issues, restoring movement and the wellbeing of the whole person. Her training also includes Reiki Master training, fitness instruction, yoga, barre and mind-body practices. She created The Authorship Reset framework and founded the Clinical Integration Method Therapist program, an advanced continuing education system for hands-on practitioners, where she leads the education. Her coaching blends lifestyle-focused health coaching, nervous system regulation and habit formation, and may draw on PEFT, QNB, NLP, EFT and EMDR-informed methods chosen to fit each client's goals.
