Sugaring is the core of the business. Its signature Sugaring Melt is an organic sugar wax made for Natura, first launched in 2017. It is made from sugar, lemon and water, applied lukewarm, and is free of resins, chemicals, dyes and fragrance. The business says it is water-soluble, hypoallergenic, and gentler and cleaner than traditional wax. Sugaring Melt is offered in both states, and hard wax is used for sensitive areas. A 3-step Brazilian method combines soft wax, hard wax and sugaring. Each client gets fresh single-use sticks and strips in a private room. Sugaring Melt is also offered for very light, blonde or gray hair that laser cannot target.

Facial and skin care menus include organic facials built on plant-based ingredients and adjusted to skin type at each visit, the Classic European Facial, peels, microneedling, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning and laser skin tightening. HydraFacial comes in Signature, Deluxe and Platinum versions. The Deluxe adds targeted boosts and LED light therapy, and the Platinum combines the Signature and Deluxe steps with lymphatic drainage. HydraFacial uses Vortex-Fusion technology, which the site describes as patented. Laser hair removal is offered only at Florida studios, using a Candela GentleMax Pro that the business describes as FDA-cleared. The device uses Alexandrite and Nd:YAG wavelengths and sprays cryogen cooling before each pulse. A trained specialist customizes each session. Treatment typically takes six to eight sessions spaced four to six weeks apart, closer together for the face. Electrolysis is performed by certified electrologists using galvanic, thermolysis or blend techniques.

Appointments are recommended and can be booked online, and walk-ins are welcome at every location. Clients choose a studio online and the local team calls to confirm the booking. The Doral studio sits in a building of independent beauty suites with a shared lobby, lounge and coffee bar, and its appointments are one-on-one in a private suite. Laser clients are asked to shave 24 hours before treatment, avoid waxing, plucking or threading between sessions, and avoid tanning for two weeks beforehand. A cancellation or no-show within 24 hours carries a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price. Natura Club memberships come in five tiers, with no long-term contracts and no hidden fees. Florida studios speak English, Spanish and Portuguese, except Doral, where English and Spanish are spoken.

Natura bases its work on natural ingredients and products suited to sensitive skin, with visits kept private and unhurried. Every studio follows the same standard: gentle technique and a warm welcome from the first visit.
