Services include end trims, color root touch-ups, wash and blow, scalp treatments, roller sets, flexi rod sets, flat twists, twist-up styles, silk presses, miracle knots, cuts with layers and medium two strand twists.

The silk press package is the studio's signature service. It takes about 75 minutes and includes a hydration treatment under the steamer along with an end trim. Miracle knots are a single braid with added crochet hair and run at least five hours, while medium two strand twists take about 325 minutes. A wash and blow takes 10 minutes and includes a head massage. The scalp treatment takes 45 minutes and is described as moisturizing and soothing, meant to balance the scalp and reduce itchiness.

Bookings are made online through the Glossgenius booking page. New clients must book a consultation before their first appointment. Clients who arrive 15 minutes late will not be serviced, and a 20% cancellation fee applies to no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment. Clients aged 13 and over are serviced, and children are only permitted at appointments when they are being serviced. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or custom amounts and are final sale. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
