First-time guests can book the New Guest Experience, a 120-minute consultation that includes a scalp and hair analysis, shampoo, blowout and precision haircut for $150. Clients booking Full Custom Haircolor as new guests are asked for a $100 deposit. Color services that use more than the included amount of product are charged an extra $15 per bowl, with the threshold depending on the service.

Monthly memberships are offered for regular care. The Glow & Grow Membership is $300 per month and covers a silk press or natural-texture twist, a bun or ponytail, a trim, a Halo Harmony scalp mask and a steam hydration treatment. The Glow & Grow Plus Membership is $360 and is a personalized care plan that includes Design Essentials products. Memberships and packages apply automatically when booked through the services page and are settled at checkout in the salon.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of an appointment, and no-shows, carry a fee of 50 percent of the service. Rescheduling requires 48 hours' notice. The salon has also shown work at a hair show, in June 2022.

Care is built around a consultation and hair and scalp analysis, with the aim of matching each service to what the client's hair needs most.
