There is no front desk or check-in screen.

Each facial is tailored to the person receiving it. Consultations are free and come with every facial; during them Natalie reviews a client's goals and suggests products. When a client needs them, LED light therapy, extractions, high-frequency, lymphatic drainage, ultrasound, exfoliation and Glo2Facial can be layered in. Named facials include the Acne Facial, a 90-minute Tranquility Facial, and a Back Facial aimed at acne on the body. Dermaplaning removes fine vellus hair and the outermost layer of dead skin. Optional add-ons are a warm oil scalp treatment, a jelly mask and LED therapy.

Beyond facials, the practice offers microchanneling for concerns such as fine lines, pigmentation, scarring and texture. The business says microchanneling may show improvement in skin quality within the first 24 hours, with two to three treatments needed for more consistent results. Lash lifts and tints, eyebrow waxing and tinting, brow lamination and several brow bundles are available, along with permanent makeup such as microblading, powder shading and combo brows. Waxing covers the face, body and bikini areas.

Booking is handled through the online platform, and clients can also text or email, with text the preferred route for quick replies. Natalie may not answer calls during services. Permanent makeup requires a $50 deposit, and a 50 percent fee applies to no-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000. Hours are Tuesday and Friday in the morning, Wednesday and Thursday through the day, and the studio is closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday.

Natalie creates a customized treatment plan for each client instead of a one-size-fits-all routine, and selects professional products and modalities based on their ingredients, technology and the range of skin concerns they address.
