Studio visits take place in Bakersfield or Tarzana, always by appointment. Skin consultations run 30 minutes and cost $150; they look at skin type, condition and past reactions, then point toward treatments, formulas and the order to use them. The facial menu is wide, from oxygen and microdermabrasion sessions to a 24K gold facial, a bridal glow treatment and several non-surgical lift options. Dermapro procedures are offered for individual areas of the face and neck or for the full face, and there are also body treatments, massage, a reflexology session and a guided meditation.

Several services can be combined or bought in sets, including paired facial treatments, custom packages of one to twelve sessions and a PDT series. Clients can also use an online skin scanner, which takes a photo taken in good light and suggests a morning, evening and weekly routine built from the products. The company states that scanner photos are analyzed and then discarded unless the user chooses to keep them for 90 days, and that the scanner and skincare guidance are cosmetic rather than medical advice. Product subscriptions arrive every two months, shipping is free and subscriptions can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
