Every service starts with a consultation to learn the client's goals, lifestyle and hair history. Consultations are complimentary. Listed prices are starting points, and the final price is set during the consultation based on hair length, density and the desired result. Color correction requires a consultation before booking.

Color services range from gloss and glaze and toners through root touch-ups, full and men's color, highlights, lowlights, babylights, hand-painted balayage, ombre and full head bleach, along with vivid fashion color on pre-lightened hair. The salon describes its color formulations and styling products as premium and professionally vetted.

Extension services include tape-in, keratin-tip, I-tip, hand-tied weft and volume weft installations, plus move-up weft maintenance and removal. Guests may bring their own hair for extensions, which must be professionally vetted to meet the salon's quality standards before installation. Texture and smoothing options include perms, Brazilian blowouts and keratin treatments, and the treatment menu includes Kérastase and Olaplex services.
