Hair services include children's and teen cuts, men's and women's cuts, blowdries, color, highlights, texture and perms, and treatments. Facials, dermaplaning, massage, manicures, pedicures, and waxing and lash services round out the menu. Each hair service is tailored to the client and booked by phone. Massages and select spa services can be booked online, while most other services are not.

Massage options range from custom focus sessions and signature relaxation work to basalt stone massage, deep tissue, sports and active lifestyle massage, and pregnancy and postpartum massage for clients at least 12 weeks pregnant. Facial options include a custom blend facial for any skin type, a firm and lift facial for aging or sagging skin, a non-surgical acid-hybrid chemical peel, an acne clearing treatment, and 30-minute fast results versions of any facial.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead, and no-shows, carry a fee of half the scheduled service price, and future services are not booked until that fee is paid. Credit card payments carry a 3.5% surcharge that has applied since April 1, 2024; cash, check and Zelle avoid it. Hair color and texture services use tiered pricing, so stylists may charge differently for the same service based on skill and experience. The salon is open Tuesday through Thursday 10 AM to 8 PM, Friday and Saturday 10 AM to 6 PM, and closed Sunday and Monday.
