Facials center on a customized treatment built around each client. A session includes a cleanse, a skin analysis, a custom enzyme or mask, extractions when needed, facial massage and dermaplaning. The studio adapts this approach for melanin-rich skin with a more targeted method, and men's facials include targeted care for ingrown hairs, razor bumps and shaving irritation. First-time facial clients can book an introductory session, and a shorter skin maintenance facial, a teen facial and a back facial are also offered. Chemical peels are customized to skin type and concerns, and include post-treatment products and guidance for a home routine.

Skin treatments include microneedling, which uses fine sterile needles to create controlled micro-injuries, and micro-channeling with ProCell, which includes a consultation and aftercare. A series of at least three micro-channeling sessions is recommended. Brow lamination and Korean lash lift are semi-permanent options that last up to about six weeks with proper care. The Spa Party Experience is a four-hour private event for up to ten guests, with a guided do-it-yourself facial, skincare education, a guest-of-honor massage, goodie bags, refreshments and about ninety minutes of private lounge time. Outside food is allowed, and wine or champagne may be included for adult celebrations.

Booking details: a 15-minute grace period applies to all appointments, and later arrivals have their appointment canceled and must reschedule. Cancellations should be made at least three hours ahead to avoid a no-show fee, which is 50 percent of the service price. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 or $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final. Clients who arrive at the locked door are asked to text the owner, who walks them up to the suite.

Treatments are tailored to each client, starting with a skin assessment and moving through the products and methods chosen for that visit.
