The braiding menu includes cornrows for men and women, plaits, box braids, knotless braids, feed-ins and crochet individual braids. Locs are offered as starting locs, soft locs in small or medium, and dreadlocks with extension. Twist styles include natural twists, bomb or yarn twists, and half cornrow with half twist. Hair services cover blow dries, flat ironing, yarn braids and yarn twists. Sew-in weaves and wig installs are also offered, and the natural hair care side includes treatment for concerns such as alopecia and dandruff. The salon does not supply hair for braids, twists, locs or weaves, so clients bring their own.

Nail services include gel polish, nail art, and spa manicures and pedicures. Each spa service includes shaping, buffing, shining, filling, a reflexology massage, a custom exfoliating scrub and callus treatment. Gel polish adds $25 to a manicure or pedicure, and soaking off an earlier gel application costs an extra $15. Gel polish is not applied to children under 5, who get regular polish instead. Hands and feet must be clean before a manicure or pedicure, and severely damaged or infected nails are not worked on.

Booking is by appointment only. New clients must book in advance and may be asked for a deposit, paid by Zelle or PayPal, and they pay at the time of service or just before it ends. A free consultation is available, and all new clients sign a consultation form. Changes or cancellations need a phone call at least two days ahead. Late arrivals may have their appointment shortened, need to rebook, or pay a $30 fee or more depending on how late they are. The salon does not offer refunds, so any dissatisfaction should be raised before leaving so staff can address it. Hair must be at least 4 inches long, and shorter hair carries an added charge. Shampooing is charged as a separate listed fee if needed. Children are accepted only for child services, and a parent or guardian must stay to help any child who cannot sit still or who cries.

Services are personalized, with a tailored beauty plan built after listening to what each client needs. The salon does not use chemicals and asks clients to disclose any chemical use before service, and it uses sterilized tools and products.
