Prices for the box and knotless sizes are starting prices for mid-back length. Braiding hair is included with every braid style, though human hair is not, and for the box braids clients are asked to bring their own RUWA braiding hair, typically three to four packs. Children's braids are priced separately for ages 12 and under, and some of those styles include the hair.

Loc services cover loc styles, retwists, upstyles, extended loc styles and starter locs. Starter locs in coil or two-strand twist form require a consultation first, and the $25 Select Appointment Consultation is used to talk through the client's hair goals. Several loc prices apply to locs of mid-back length or shorter, with an add-on for longer locs and a photo of the desired look requested for some styles.

Every service includes shampooing. Appointments are confirmed by text 24 hours in advance and require a $25 non-refundable deposit at booking. Clients have a 15-minute grace period for travel and parking, after which the appointment expires and must be rescheduled. Clients who may run late are asked to call, a no-call, no-show means no future appointments, and extra children are not allowed unless they are being serviced. Cash and e-payments are accepted.
