Visits can take place at the studio or as house calls. Most services carry a deposit, ranging from $25 to $100 depending on the service. Buy Now, Pay Later is accepted for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Cancellations made within 12 hours of an appointment, and no-shows, are charged a 30% fee. Services booked outside the regular hours or squeezed in carry an extra $20.
Maintenance is a major part of the menu. A monthly VIP Maintenance Plan covers medium and shorter locs with routine retwists, scalp care and deep conditioning, and a two-month Long Loc Care Plan is available for longer locs. Loc maintenance and style is priced by length, from a neckline or shorter up to middle back or longer, and prices for longer hair can go up.
Treatments include deep conditioning and hot oil, an AVC scalp exfoliation that also releases natural oils, and a herbal treatment that uses citrus fruits and natural herbs. The business uses all-natural, handmade products. School-focused packages cover K-8 and 9-12 students and educators, and each includes an ACV rinse, deep conditioning and loc maintenance.
