The salon is run by owner and hairstylist Nicole 'Nik' Orzechowski, who believes everyone is beautiful and sees her work as drawing out what is already there.

Appointments are open on Fridays from 10 AM to 6 PM and Saturdays from 10 AM to 4 PM; the salon is closed Monday through Thursday and on Sunday. New clients pay a deposit for most services, ranging from $15 to $150 depending on the service. Clients who cannot make a visit are asked to let the salon know by text or phone as soon as possible, and a 50% cancellation fee and/or loss of deposit applies to no-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours. An appointment counts as a no-show after a 15-minute grace period.

Clients who are considering extensions start with an extension consultation, which is required before the full service and whose fee is applied toward it.
