The space hosts several stylists who are independent: each keeps their own book, sets their own rates and develops their own style, so clients choose the stylist whose work suits them.

Haircutting is the only service on offer, and the menu is intentionally small. Stylists do not offer color, perms or chemical treatments. Each cut is given the stylist's full attention, with one stylist and one client in the chair at a time.

Products are chosen with care: the studio uses non-toxic products and no aerosols, and carries or uses the Hairstory, Reverie, Blu & Green and Cult & King lines. The room is calm and clean, with little crowd and low noise.

Bookings are made through the online booking portal. Changes need at least 48 hours' notice, and each stylist sets their own fee for cancelling or rescheduling without notice. Clients more than 15 minutes late have their session rescheduled or shortened. Cut issues reported within 7 days of the visit are corrected at no extra charge, while complimentary services are not offered for a change of mind about a haircut. Clients who are unwell are asked to reschedule, and anyone showing signs of illness on arrival is declined and charged the full scheduled time.

Each stylist works one-on-one with the client, giving the cut full attention, and the studio uses non-toxic, chemical-free products.
