Naked Theory is a studio in the Northwest Freeway area of Houston, in Suite 209 of 10500 Northwest Fwy. The studio describes its goal as a welcoming room where clients feel acknowledged, valued and at ease being themselves.

Facials cover three options. The basic facial cleanses, exfoliates and hydrates the skin in about 60 minutes from $80. The hydrating facial runs about 80 minutes from $100. The chemical peel is a customized treatment that exfoliates the outer layer of the skin, from $150 for about 60 minutes.

Brows are handled with waxing, from $10 for about 10 minutes, and semi-permanent eyebrow tinting, from $40 for about 30 minutes. The tint is a color service that lasts several weeks.

The waxing menu is broad, from an upper lip wax at $8 to a full leg wax at $75. Full back, full arm and full leg waxes are listed separately from partial waxes. The Brazilian wax, from $60, is described as a long-lasting hair removal service.

Every service appointment takes a non-refundable deposit at booking, which is applied to the total. The deposit is a set share of each price, from $10 for the smallest waxes to $37.50 for a full leg wax. No-shows and same-day cancellations forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling needs a new deposit for the new date and time, and the studio asks for at least 24 hours' notice for any schedule change. Appointments are canceled if a client arrives 15 minutes or more late.

The studio is open Thursday and Friday from 5 PM to 7 PM and on Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and is closed Monday through Wednesday and on Sunday.
