Each visit begins with a conversation about the client's skin, goals, lifestyle and budget. New clients fill out a skin intake form before their first appointment and have a short consultation at the start of the visit. A complimentary one-on-one consultation is also offered to assess the skin and map out a treatment and home care plan.

The facial menu includes a custom facial built from professional exfoliation, targeted masks and massage, the Clarity Reset Facial for acne-prone, congested or hormonal skin, the Glow Revive Facial with an antioxidant focus, and the Corrective Peel, an advanced peel for texture, discoloration and cell turnover. Add-ons include high frequency, lymphatic drainage cupping, microdermabrasion and dermaplaning, which is not suitable for active acne. Many clients come after trying home care or generic spa services without lasting change and want guidance over the long term.

Home care is part of the work. Naked Skin retails GlyMed Plus, the same clinical line used in studio, which the site describes as a four-step system of cleanse, treat, balance and protect. Starter home regimens are built on the in-studio treatment approach and can be adjusted for sensitivities and budget.

Private facial parties are group events in which each guest receives a mini custom facial, professional-grade products and facial massage. They are arranged by inquiry, start with a brief consultation, require a non-refundable deposit to hold a date, and are not offered with travel at this time. Cancellations or changes need 48 hours' notice; later changes, arriving more than 15 minutes late, and no-shows without contact are charged 50% of the appointment cost. Payment is due at service, children and guests attend only if approved in advance, and appointment questions are handled by text.
