The menu centers on Gel X extensions, offered as full sets or fills at no nail art and at four tiers of nail art. The top tier covers maximalist, highly detailed designs with up to two 3D sculpted pieces per set. Appointment times rise with the tier, from 75 minutes for a plain Gel X full set to 225 minutes at Tier 4.

The salon does not work over another nail tech's work. It does offer soak-off for gel product or extensions applied elsewhere, and a foreign acrylic fill add-on for acrylic fills on nails done by someone else, booked alongside the desired service. A 50% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment.
Hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM, Tuesday from 1 PM to 8 PM, and Saturday from 11 AM to 5 PM. The salon is closed Thursday and Sunday.
