The second location came about through a partnership with a client, Keti Kezua. According to the salon, it has served more than 10,000 clients.

The menu covers nail care from classic and gel manicures and pedicures to hard gel extensions and nail art, including ombre, French, cat eye, chrome and Swarovski crystal designs. Nail designs range from solid colors to hand-painted art. Beyond nails, the salon offers eyebrow shaping and tinting, lash and brow lamination, facial treatments, hair cuts and color, body hair removal by waxing and sugaring, makeup, and podology care for feet and nails. Hours differ by location: North Miami Beach and Boca Raton are open Monday to Saturday, while Hallandale Beach is also open on Sunday until 3:00 PM.

The salon's signature is its 4-hand and 6-hand service, in which several technicians work on one client at the same time. Guests can combine a manicure, pedicure and treatments such as eyebrow care or a facial in a single visit. The salon says this keeps quality consistent while reducing the time spent in the salon. The Russian dry manicure technique is also part of the menu.
