The business was founded and is led by Mr. Tom Tran, who serves as founder and president. According to the business, it has been providing services for more than two decades, and it describes itself as a pioneer and leader in the Houston area nail salon industry.
The company says it set out to change the feel of nail salons, moving them away from a purely utilitarian style toward a spa-style experience. Salons are designed and equipped for a calm, comfortable visit, and the menu reflects that with tiered manicures and pedicures that add massage, warm wraps and paraffin as each level goes up.
A typical visit starts with a choice from the manicure and pedicure menus, ranging from a quick express service of about 15 to 20 minutes to longer spa treatments of up to about an hour and fifteen minutes. Pedicures are done with liner protection, buffers and files are used once and discarded, and paraffin is never reused. Pipeless massage chairs are used for hand and foot services.
The VIP spa manicure and VIP spa pedicure are served in a separate VIP spa room. Clients who book the Deluxe or VIP level may receive a complimentary beverage, available to guests 21 and older, limited to one drink per customer.
Beyond nails, the menu includes a range of massage styles, several facial treatments, waxing, eyebrow tinting and eyelash extensions. Kids manicures and pedicures are also offered, and the business notes they suit birthday parties, graduation parties and other social gatherings.
The business describes a shift from a basic nail salon model toward a relaxing spa experience, with a focus on sanitation: tools are sterilized and disinfected after each use, single-use items are discarded, and staff are trained on sanitization protocols.
Salons are described as beautifully designed and equipped for a relaxing, comforting setting.
