One move to a different date is allowed if the salon receives notice at least 24 hours in advance. A deposit is forfeited for a cancellation given with less than 24 hours' warning, for a same-day cancellation, or for a no-show, and the salon may ask for a new deposit on later bookings. For lash lifts, clients should come in with clean lashes and skip waterproof mascara during the 24 hours beforehand.
