Lash extensions are the core of the menu. Classic applies one extension to each natural lash for a natural look, Hybrid mixes classic application with volume fans for a textured, fuller effect, Volume places multiple ultra-fine extensions on each natural lash, and Mega Volume uses ultra-lightweight fans for more density. Synthetic fibers are used throughout, and a full set takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. Refill pricing depends on how many days have passed since the last visit and how many extensions remain, and refills apply only to sets originally done at Lalalash. Sets done by another lash artist are assessed at the appointment and may need an added fee, an adjustment, or a new full set.

Brow services include 4K Brow at $60, which combines professional mapping, waxing, lamination and organic henna tinting and is listed as lasting about 3 to 9 days depending on skin type. Brow lamination at $40 straightens and sets the brow hairs, shapes them, and includes hair removal, using a keratin treatment and vitamins; a follow-up is recommended 4 to 6 weeks after treatment. Henna tint is $15 and uses 100% vegetable dye, and it can be added to brow design or lamination for $10. Men's brow cleanup and men's brow lamination are offered. Facial waxing, underarm hair removal, side burn and upper lip waxing round out the menu. A Korean lash lift is $70 and takes about an hour, with tint available for $10 more.

A visit starts with a consultation based on eye shape, natural lashes and face shape. Clients are asked to arrive without makeup, mascara, oils or creams around the eye area; removing mascara or heavy makeup at the appointment adds a $5 fee. The salon says it uses sterilized equipment for every client and is open daily from 9:00am to 9:00pm with flexible scheduling. A complimentary touch-up is offered within the first week if needed, and the business recommends lash touch-ups every 2 to 3 weeks. It also runs a two-day express eyelash extension course for $350 covering Classic, Hybrid and Volume, which includes a professional kit, materials, brunch and one day each of theory and practice; the practice day has no extra cost but must be booked in advance. A full one-week course is also offered.
