The menu is organized into extension services, extra services and natural nail services. Extensions include polygel full sets in short to medium and long to 2XL lengths, and polygel toe enhancements. Natural nail services include gel polish and plain manicures, short to XL gel overlays, and three pedicure styles: a classic pedicure, a deluxe pedicure with a sugar scrub and massage, and a jelly-soak pedicure.

Freestyle Friday is a booking option available on Fridays only. The client chooses the length and shape, and the artist chooses the design. It is offered for nails alone or for nails and toes together.

Extra services include nail art such as charms, 3D work, stones and French tips, toe nail art, a deluxe hand treatment that can be added to any nail service, and maintenance for the business's own work: two-week refills, three to four week rebalances, soak offs, cut downs, repairs and color changes. Full sets done elsewhere can be removed with an MMA or foreign soak off.

Booking requires a $20 non-refundable deposit that goes toward the service cost. It can be paid by Cash App, Apple Pay or Zelle, and the appointment is confirmed once it is paid. Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours ahead. Same-day, before-hours, after-hours or squeeze-in visits require a phone call and a $20 fee. Clients have a 15-minute grace period, and rescheduling or cancelling needs a phone call at least 12 hours ahead.

Hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, Wednesday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, and Sunday from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm. The shop is closed on Saturdays. Extension services are not offered to children under 13, and no services are offered to children under 10. Extra guests and children who are not being serviced are not allowed, though a parent of a child being serviced may stay to supervise.
