Lash extensions are booked by type. The Custom Full Set takes about two hours and includes a full eye analysis and a take-home aftercare kit. The first Custom Full Set appointment includes a consultation. Refills are scheduled around the lash cycle: a standard refill is typically booked about two to two and a half weeks after the last visit or when about half the lashes remain, while an extended refill is needed after more than three weeks or when less than half remain. An extended refill can also be used to change the shape or style of an existing set. A mini refill is a shorter touch-up that replaces a few shed lashes between standard refills.

New lash clients can book a free 30-minute allergy test, in which a few short extensions are placed on the lash ends to check for irritation. Tooth Gems are a semi-permanent add-on that can be removed at any time without damage to tooth structure. They are made with lead-free Swarovski crystals or gold pendants bonded with medical-grade dental adhesive. The business describes tooth gem placement as safe.

The studio is open Tuesday through Thursday from 9 AM to 6 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM to 12:30 PM, and is closed on Sundays and Mondays. A credit card is needed at booking to secure an appointment, and new clients must complete the consent form and policies 48 hours before their reserved appointment. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations or no-shows are charged 50% of the booked service price. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment.
