Looking Lovely by Liv is owned and run by Olivia Rodriguez, who works as its lash artist. The studio is open Monday from 11 AM to 7:30 PM, Tuesday through Thursday from 10 AM to 7:30 PM, and Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM, and is closed on weekends. Appointments outside those hours carry a $50 before/after hour fee, which is added on top of the service total.

Services are grouped into lashes and add-ons. Full sets of extensions are $250 and take 180 to 195 minutes, with a $50 deposit. Each set style is built differently: Classics is a one-to-one application that is not recommended for brittle or sparse lashes, The Wet Set uses lighter, thinner diameters for a softer look than Classics and less fullness than Volume, Volume uses lightweight handmade fans that can be uniform or include spikes, and Mega Volume uses what the salon describes as the lightest handmade fans on the market. The Strip Lash Wispy Look is built as volume or mega volume depending on the natural lash line and lash health.

Fills are needed every 2 to 3 weeks. A fill requires that at least 40% of the extensions remain; otherwise a full set is charged. Clients coming from another lash artist can book a foreign (outside) fill, which starts at $130 and takes 165 minutes with a $20 deposit. A removal and full set may be required if the existing lashes were not safely applied. Lash removal uses a cream remover and includes a lash bath.

The studio also offers a lash lift and tint, which starts at $100 and takes 60 minutes. The salon says the lift gives the look of longer, thicker, darker lashes with little to no maintenance. A lift typically lasts 6 to 8 weeks. Add-ons include colored lashes in pink, blue, red, purple, green or yellow starting at $5, a lash bath for $10, and an extended fill starting at $30 that does not give full coverage.

Olivia also offers a mentoring or coaching video call for $73 lasting 45 minutes, with a $72 deposit. Topics include lash artistry, business ownership, and booth rental salon ownership.

Policies: a 15-minute late grace period applies, after which the appointment is forfeited and 75% of the service is charged. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows are charged the full service, with one no-show forgiven and a second resulting in a booking ban. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

Sets are built around each client's natural lash line and lash health, with the style chosen to suit them. The salon describes its lash lift as a low-maintenance way to add the look of length and depth.
