Children have their own menu, with manicures, pedicures, polish changes, nail design and a princess gel manicure at $35.

Pedicures are a major focus. Mercede's signature pedicure at $65 combines a classic pedicure, a leg massage, a cleansing pedicure and a paraffin treatment. The therapeutic pedicures come in twelve scents, subject to availability, and include callus removal. The salon says these products are plant-based, cruelty-free and vegan friendly.

Facials use PCA Skin Care products, with prices from $65 for a teen or express facial to $250 for a single ultra-peel session. Massage options include Swedish, sport, hot stone, deep tissue, pregnancy and focus massage, and chair massage at $10 is given by a licensed massage therapist. Massage packages must be paid in advance. Waxing covers areas from toes and fingers to full legs and Brazilian, and wax prices vary by length or amount, so clients confirm with their specialist before the service. Eyelash extensions come in classic, hybrid and volume styles, and most lash services are booked through Beauty empire by Jane. Hair services are offered through the Flawless lounge, and the salon says its hair products are free from ammonia and certain other ingredients found in color, perms and keratin smoothing treatments.

Booking is online for appointments at least 24 hours ahead, and same-day visits are arranged by phone. Parties of three or more are asked to contact the salon directly, and group, wedding party, birthday and networking bookings are arranged by phone. Visits include complimentary beverages, including a selection of wine. The salon says its tools are sterilized after each use. Prices are cash prices, card payments add a convenience service fee, and prices may change without notice.
