After moving to the Washington, DC area more than 23 years ago, the focus narrowed to natural nail care, and the salon opened in 2021.

Visits are one-on-one in a calm, welcoming space. The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and is reached by elevator from the Princess Street side entrance, where two ATMs sit beside the door. Free street parking is available on Princess Street for up to 3 hours and on Columbus Street for up to 2 hours; N. Washington Street has metered parking, and its southbound side has no parking from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Signature offerings include a gel system for non-invasive toenail correction that flattens and reshapes curved nails, priced per nail, and the Healing Manicure, a strengthening treatment for dry, brittle, peeling or weak natural nails. Gel work uses a Japanese gel fill and a full set in a semi-soft, non-sanding gel, with the full set booked by request. Men's manicure and pedicure packages and permanent jewelry with a group booking option are also offered.

Cancellations are requested 48 hours ahead so the time can go to clients on the waiting list; 24 hours' notice is also accepted if the salon is told. No-shows are charged the full price of the service. Major credit cards are accepted, and eGift cards are sold in set amounts or a custom amount. Long-term client relationships are a focus, and many clients who move away return for services.
