Nails by Hailee is a one-person nail studio at 917 East Ogden Avenue in Milwaukee, run by nail technician Hailee Li. The studio describes itself as clean, relaxing and private, and the stated aim is durable nails and healthy results that last.

The menu covers gel X soft gel extensions, dip powder, structured builder gel and gel manicures, along with four pedicure options. Gel X extensions use Aprés and SOFGEL soft gel tips and take about 105 minutes, including an e-file manicure and one solid gel color. Structured builder gel for natural nails starts at $70 and takes about 90 minutes or more, with e-file cuticle prep, shaping, a builder gel overlay and one solid color. Nail art is an extra charge on both. Dip powder starts at $60 depending on length and takes 75 minutes or more, with one color and old color removal included.

The pedicure line runs from a basic service to a full spa treatment. The Volcano Spa Pedicure, which the studio lists as its most popular service, starts at $70 and takes 90 minutes or more. It includes a bubbling detox soak, a mud mask, callus removal, exfoliation, a hot stone massage and warm towel wraps, plus polish and a take-home hydrating foot mask. The Signature Spa Pedicure starts at $80 and takes 90 minutes or more, using the CollagenSpa Milk & Honey system with a muscle-relaxing gel, cream mask, serum finish and the same take-home foot mask. The Deluxe Pedicure starts at $60 and the Basic Pedicure at $50, both with nail and cuticle care and callus removal.

Hours are 11 AM to 7 PM on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, 12:30 PM to 7 PM on Sunday, and the studio is closed on Tuesday and Thursday. Bookings require a non-refundable deposit that is applied to the final total, and the studio accepts text messages only at (414) 216-3166 and does not take phone calls. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours ahead; later changes are charged 50% of the service total, and no-shows are charged the full total and may not be accepted for future bookings. Completed services are non-refundable. Concerns about a service must be raised within 48 hours, and adjustments are offered at the technician's discretion. First-time clients with product from another salon need a removal add-on booked, and service may be refused if nails show signs of infection, fungus, open wounds or other safety concerns.
