She trained at Elayne and Co Nail Academy through a three-month licensing course and now teaches there as a guest instructor.

The salon is open Monday to Friday from 10 am to 7 pm and Saturday from 10 am to 4 pm, and is closed on Sundays. Clients can book overtime or after-hours appointments for an extra $35. Complimentary tea, coffee, soft drinks and cookies are offered during visits. Tools are sterilized, and disposable gloves, buffers and files are used for every client.

Custom design is a large part of the menu. Simple, advanced, high-level and deluxe designs are priced in tiers, with the higher tiers covering natural stone looks, 3-D foil, crystal nails and rhinestone inlay. Designs such as stamping, geometry, abstraction and hand painting must be booked with a full manicure. French manicures are offered in classic, stylized and babyboom versions. Gel polish is priced for longer wear, and the salon says its manicures and pedicures last four to six weeks.

Pedicures are done with a waterless Smart Dry method using a pododisk, including a version for complex feet with cracks, calluses or corns, where the price depends on severity. A spa hand treatment and a foot treatment with a mask, hot towel wrap and foot massage are also available. BusinessRate named the salon the top nail salon in Holladay for 2026, based on Google Reviews data.

Some services have limits. The salon does not offer acrylic, dip powder or Gel X services, and it works with natural nails and gel or polygel extensions. It does not do extra-long extensions and does not work with cracks or calluses that need a medical specialist's consultation. Removal of products applied at another salon is offered to first-time clients when booked with a main service, while regular clients returning with gel applied at the salon are not charged for removing their own product. Clients who refer a friend receive a permanent 5% discount, up to 15% off services.

The salon aims for healthy, flawless nails, with careful attention to precision and a custom approach shaped around each client.
