Renters set their own schedules, and access hours vary by location. Each suite has a private door with an individual lock and key, and the location has 24/7 security. Renters can decorate their suite as they like and sell retail products they choose, keeping all of the profit from those sales.

Each suite includes a styling chair and shampoo bowl, full-spectrum lighting, sound-insulated walls, ventilation and instant hot water. The location also has bathroom facilities, a breakroom, on-site laundry and janitorial services. One weekly fee covers all utilities and Wi-Fi.

Renters can use a start-up manual with forms and information on obtaining a salon license and other permits, setting up a studio and processing credit cards. They have access to liability insurance and, in some areas, disability insurance, along with retail discounts, online scheduling offers, continuing education programs and industry events. Suite tours are available by appointment.
