The studio's hygienic pedicure is done dry, with no footbath, whirlpool or soaking, so feet never sit in shared water. Reusable metal instruments are sterilized in a dry-heat sterilizer and reach the chair in a sealed, dated pouch that is opened in front of the client. Files and buffers are single-use, and the chair, station and e-file handpiece are disinfected between clients. The studio says its sterilization goes beyond the Florida salon minimum, and Florida salon licenses and the latest inspection sheet are displayed on the wall.

KART pedicures begin with a fruit-acid peel on the feet and heels and use KART professional foot-care products. Variations include a gel or polish version, a cracked-heel care version with extra time on deep cracks and very dry heels, and a problem foot care version for skin that stays dry, rough or discolored. Toenail deep cleaning, which treats thick, lifting or discolored toenails, and deep callus removal can be booked alone or added to a pedicure. Nail reconstruction uses a cosmetic nail over a damaged or missing toenail, and nail correction uses a light gel system for one uneven or damaged nail.

Every visit starts with a talk about what the client is hoping for and an assessment of nails and feet before any work begins. Clients who are unsure which service fits can send a photo of their hands or feet before booking. Booking is online or by phone, a deposit holds the appointment, and cancellations need 24 hours' notice. Four hands sessions are booked by calling the front desk, which finds a time when both specialists are free, at no extra charge. Payment is by card or cash at the studio, tips are welcome but not required, and gift cards are available from $5 to $2,000. Services are not billable to insurance, Medicare, HSA or FSA, and for children the studio asks that clients call first.

Pedicures are dry, and the team works on the surface of nails and hard skin without cutting living skin. Services are cosmetic foot and nail care, and the studio works with a podiatrist and stops work to refer clients when wounds, signs of infection or bleeding appear.
