Manicures range from a classic service with nail shaping, cuticle care, and polish in a color of the client's choice, to gel, Luminary base gel for added reinforcement, dip powder with a wide range of colors, and acrylic full sets and fill-ins shaped to the length and style the client wants. A dip manicure without cuticle care is also offered; it is a gel and acrylic hybrid. Pedicures run from a basic service with a foot soak, nail trimming, cuticle care, and polish, up to longer treatments with essential oil soaks, callus work, sugar scrubs, clay masks, massage, a salt foot bath, leg exfoliation, a hot stone massage, and a collagen foot treatment.

Children aged 10 and under can book a gentle manicure or pedicure with regular polish, or a combined manicure and pedicure. Groups of six or more can book a party, which requires a deposit per person that is applied to the bill. Nail art, with designs, patterns, and embellishments, is added on top of a service from the a la carte menu.

Policies cover the practical side of a visit: appointments are recommended, arriving more than ten minutes late may mean a shorter service or rescheduling, and cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice. Payment is due in full at the time of service and is accepted in cash or by card. Services are non-refundable, so clients who are unhappy with a result are asked to tell staff before leaving. Nail fixes for chipped, cracked, or lifting nails from the application, or premature peeling, are complimentary within 10 days of the original appointment and should be requested within 48 hours of noticing the problem.
