First-time clients can book a New Guest Ritual, which includes a custom nail plan. For a more tailored visit, Trust the Process is a custom service in which the nail technician adapts the service and the look, about 180 minutes, starting at $70.

Membership options are the Allure Gel Club at $59 a month and the Monthly-Mani + Pedi Membership at $99 a month. Benefits are applied automatically at checkout in the salon when clients book through the services page. Groups of three or more can book a private space for birthdays, bridal parties or corporate events, with add-ons such as catering, decoration, photography and entertainment, and the business also offers spa parties in Hilliard. Gift cards are available, and skincare products are sold through a shop section on the website.

The salon is open Tuesday to Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM, and is closed Mondays and Sundays. A 25% cancellation fee applies, and clients who cannot attend are asked to tell the salon by phone or email as early as possible so they can reschedule.
