Manicures start with Russian E-file cuticle work. The Signature Hard Gel Manicure places a hard gel overlay on natural nails, and the Russian Gel-X Manicure pairs Gel-X extensions with a detailed Russian cuticle clean-up. Hard Gel Extensions are offered as a separate service. The Bare & Polished Manicure is a lighter option that adds no strength or structure, with nails left bare or finished in gel color. Gel polish comes in more than 400 colors on the hard gel and Gel-X services, and is HEMA-free and TPO-free. Nail art is offered at simple, moderate and complex levels.

Pedicures are waterless. Toe Nail Care covers Russian toenail cuticle clean-up, shaping and optional gel polish, and does not include callus removal or heel exfoliation. The Signature Dry Pedicure adds smoothing of rough heels and calluses using disposable foot files, followed by Footlogix hydration. The Match Your Mani & Pedi combo pairs the Signature Hard Gel Manicure with the Signature Dry Pedicure in matching gel color, and saves $15 when booked together. Pedicure clients complete a health screening form before the appointment, and the salon may decline pedicure service when it observes certain conditions. Tools go through a three-step sterilization process, and buffers and files are discarded after each client. Late arrivals get a 15-minute grace period, changes are requested at least 48 hours ahead, and cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours carry a $75 fee.

The salon starts every service from a clean base and does not work over another salon's product. It focuses on careful cuticle preparation and clear, all-inclusive pricing for each selected option.
