Your Lash Bestie operates from Suite V inside Be Well in the Tennessee Plaza in Redlands. The studio is open Monday to Friday, roughly mid-morning to mid-afternoon, and is closed on weekends. Appointments are booked online through the studio's Square page, and the team can also be reached by phone or email.

Extension services are organized around timing. Individual extensions are offered with 1-week, 2-week and 3-week fills, priced at $65, $75 and $95 respectively, and fills from other providers are welcome. Full sets come in two levels: Classic or Light Hybrid at $150 for about an hour and a half, and the fuller Full Hybrid or Full Volume at $185 for two hours. Gel-based removal is $35. A mini fill touch-up at $45 must be booked within 3 to 4 days of the last appointment and is meant for clients who are keeping 85 to 90 percent of their lashes. Refills are priced on a 40 percent rule, so if fewer than 20 lashes per eye need replacing, the visit is charged as a full set.

Lash lifts are available as a classic lift with tint at $100, a classic lift without tint at $90, and a Korean-style lift with tint at $110. The classic lift creates a noticeable curl from base to tip, while the Korean-style lift lifts lashes from the root without a tight curl. Results typically last four to six weeks, depending on the natural lash cycle and aftercare. Groupon vouchers apply only to the classic lift.

The studio also offers training model appointments for lash lifts at a model price of $60, usually about an hour and fifteen minutes and up to two hours at training pace. Booking requires a $25 non-refundable reservation payment, with the remaining $35 due at the appointment. A digital consent form arrives within 24 hours of booking and must be completed beforehand. Clients should arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup, and the model price will rise as training progresses. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice carries a $25 fee.
