The core menu is built around Russian manicures. A Russian manicure without gel is a dry e-file service that refines the cuticle area and takes about 45 minutes. A Russian gel manicure adds a dry e-file cuticle prep followed by gel polish applied under the cuticle, and takes about 90 minutes. Nail extensions can be built on paper forms with builder gel, on dual forms, or as Gel-X soft gel extensions with a lightweight, natural feel, and a Russian manicure with extensions takes about 150 minutes. Extension fills rebalance existing extensions in about 120 minutes. Builder gel and hard gel add structure and reinforcement to natural nails, and hard gel fill-ins are offered at both studios. The studio recommends a Russian manicure fill every 3 to 4 weeks.

Pedicures are waterless. The smart gel pedicure includes callus care and gel polish and takes about 90 minutes, while the smart pedicure without gel takes about 45 minutes. The smart dry pedicure is 100% waterless and focuses on cuticle work, callus care and foot health, and it is addressed to calluses, corns, cracked heels, ingrown toenails and excessive foot sweating. It typically takes 60 to 90 minutes depending on the client's needs. Pedicure guests are offered blankets, phone chargers, drinks and personalized TV options. Podology services, which address calluses, dryness and nail irregularities, are also offered.

The studio offers nail art from understated looks to chrome, fine-line, 3D, Y2K and character designs. Freestyle work is also possible, including an omakase option in which clients describe a mood and an expert artist creates the design from it. Cat claw extensions are available in natural, anime, Y2K, goth and ultra-long styles. Eyelash extensions begin with a consultation covering shape, length, curl and density, followed by lash mapping. Classic, mascara (2D-4D) and volume (5D+) sets are offered. Lash lift and lamination is a keratin-based treatment that lifts natural lashes without extensions and takes about 120 minutes.

Pricing depends on the artist level (nail artist, top artist or expert artist), and Brooklyn is generally priced below Manhattan for the same service. A Brooklyn Russian manicure without gel starts at $70 for a nail artist, and a classic lash set at the Manhattan studio is $155 when new, $85 for a two-week fill and $125 for a three-week fill. Clients can book online at nailfairy.art/schedule, and the contact page lists hours from 9am to 9pm. Changes made more than 24 hours before the appointment are free; later changes are charged 50% of the appointment total. Arriving 20 minutes late adds a 20% surcharge, and arriving more than an hour late may lead to cancellation. Work done wrong on the salon's end is fixed free if reported within 7 days, and repairs match the original shape, length, color and design.

Nail Fairy School offers Russian manicure training for beginners and professionals in New York, along with e-file and dry technique, nail extensions on paper forms, Gel-X and dual forms, and advanced pedicure. Students work on real models from the first day and receive certification at the end of the program. Graduates get access to a private community and ongoing support, including guidance on employment and career growth. Artists at the studios are trained through Nail Fairy Academy. The Brooklyn studio also hosts events, client appointments and Russian manicure courses.
