Booking requires a valid credit card to hold appointments. Automated text or email reminders go out 48 hours ahead as a courtesy, but keeping track of the appointment time is the client's responsibility. These fees apply regardless of the reason given and are non-refundable. Gel applied elsewhere must be removed before a service, and gels from unknown brands are not mixed in the salon. Pedicures are not performed when a fungal infection is present.
